Our notary travels to private homes, businesses, coffee shops, hotels, senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, retirement homes, jails, and other public places.
Because we are still awaiting out Idaho notary license, we can currently only notarize documents in Washington. If you travel to Pullman or Clarkston, we can notarize your documents here.
Because we are a mobile notary and most of the time travel to places for signing appointments, please kindly call or text us in advance to make sure we are available before you show up at our door. Making an appointment is the best way to ensure our availability.
However, if you need a document to be notarized immediately, please give us a call. We might be able to accommodate your needs right away. If we don't pick up your phone, we might be in the middle of signing appointments, but please do text us and we will respond as soon as possible.

The primary duty or responsibility of a notary public is to carefully verify the identities of each signer on various types of financial and legal documents. This is done to guard against fraudulent acts that might otherwise void the notarized documents. Typically, the notary public asks each signer to provide identification to verify their identity. If the client does not provide an acceptable form of government identification, the notary public has a legal obligation to refuse the service.
Acceptable forms of ID in Washington state include original (photocopies not accepted) IDs, passports, and driver’s licenses that:
✓ are current (expired not accepted),
✓ are issued by a federal or state government (or any foreign government that the State Department recognizes), and
✓ have the signer’s photograph, physical description, and signature.

Apostilles and authentication certificates validate the seal and signature of a Notary on a document so that it can be accepted in a foreign country. Apostilles are used when public documents are being transferred between countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961. This international treaty streamlined the cumbersome, traditional procedure for authenticating documents. Documents sent to countries that are not part of the Hague Convention may require additional certification from the U.S. Department of State.
Our role is essentially assisting you in obtaining apostilles, taking care of the paperwork, and providing courier service to deliver and return the paperwork to you.

According to the U.S. Department of State, documents that may require authentication for use abroad include:

A remote online notarization (RON) is an alternative option to the paper-based, in-person Notary experience. Check out the differences here.
Starting with the remote Notary and signer meeting online to the way a signer’s identity is confirmed, every part of a remote notarization happens in an electronic environment. For clients who are fairly savvy with technology, the entire process usually takes less than 15 minutes for a single document.
Below is the standard fee as regulated by the State.
$25.00 per electronic notarial act performed or seal (a single session)
+ $25.00 for each additional seal/notarial act/certificate
Fees might vary for multiple documents and multi-signers.
When you are ready, give us a call and we will provide you with further instructions specific to the RON platform we are using.
